Cranborne Stores

Cranborne Stores is in the centre of Cranborne village and has revived the true village shop tradition.  Formerly a bakery, the shop now provides an extensive selection of fresh and packaged goods to meet villagers’ every need and is the flag ship outlet for the Estate-produced speciality rare breed meats.

At the butchery counter customers can choose from a comprehensive range of different rare breed pork, beef and lamb cuts all of which offer their own unique and truly wonderful flavour.  Also on sale are the Cranborne Estate’s own range of sausages, all free from artificial additives and preservatives, and the delicious award winning own-cured bacon.  Tender Estate game including venison and pheasant is also available when in season.

Orders for fresh farm turkeys can be placed up until Monday 7th December.

The pre-packed delicatessen counter offers a delicious selection of English cheeses, home-baked pies, sumptuous terrines, cold meats and antipasti, to name but a few of the great products that are there to tempt .

Elsewhere in the shop almost every shelf is crammed with a range of edible temptations.  A carefully selected high quality range of teas, coffees, biscuits, oils, marinades, preserves, pastas, herbs and fresh bread sit alongside the more everyday items from newspapers to Brillo pads! Fresh flowers are also for sale.

The shop also offers a dry cleaning service.

Cranborne Stores is situated on the corner of Wimborne Street and The Square.

Mary Head, Manager of the Stores, and her team very much look forward to welcoming you.
