The Estate lets and manages a mixed portfolio of residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
The residential property ranges from bungalows and flats to detached farmhouses. The majority are mainly three-bedroom Estate cottages, typically semi-detached, with attractive brickwork and fair sized gardens, located in and around the villages of Cranborne, Alderholt and Pentridge.
The commercial properties on the Estate tend to be converted from former agricultural buildings which have become redundant and offer a flexible selection of offices, workshops, storage units, shops and even a cheese factory.
Cranborne is a charming and thriving village with two schools, two pubs, a proper village shop, post office, garden centre, vet and doctors’ surgery. It is surrounded in every direction by outstanding countryside. It is ideally situated for access to Salisbury (14 miles) Wimborne (10 Miles) and Bournemouth (20 miles).
Our aim is to provide a selection of homes that are well maintained and available to tenants for the long term. Many of our tenants stay for a long time as they appreciate the stability and support offered by a professional landlord, with full time maintenance staff, and therefore our properties do not come onto the market very often.
