Save Cranborne Fire Station

Cranborne is one of eight stations across Dorset and Wiltshire proposed for closure. More information on the proposals can be found here.

Public meetings in each affected town or village will be taking place to allow you to understand the data and impact of a closure and give us your thoughts. There will also be online dial in sessions for each town or village.

The consultation is open from Friday 13 February until Friday 15 May 2026.

Public meetings

These will be held at Cranborne Village Hall / Cecil Memorial Hall, Water Street, Cranborne, BH21 5QB on the following dates:

• Wednesday 11 March: 11.30am – 1.30pm
• Thursday 12 March: 7.30pm – 9.30pm
