Following an internal promotion, we are seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to take a genuinely active role: real responsibility, hands-on machinery operation and a clear development path towards farm management. The role may suit an established assistant farm manager, or someone ready to take the next step in their career.

The farm is well equipped, with a modern machinery fleet, and is an early adopter of precision agriculture. The Cranborne team is friendly and motivated; the successful candidate will also be involved with the wider estate, take an active part in estate team meetings and have input into land management decisions.
